Plainly: what data we ask for, what we use it for, and how long we keep it.
Who processes your data?
The controller is STIM 2017 Kft. (3958 Hercegkút, Petőfi Sándor utca 58/60., Hungary; tax number 26177753-2-05), the operator of Helén Panzió. Contact: info@helenpanzio.hu, +36 30 429 7858. Further details in the legal notice.
What data and why?
Only what you enter in the enquiry form:
- name (required)
- e-mail address (required)
- phone number (optional)
- number of guests and intended dates (optional)
- the text of your message
We use this solely to answer your enquiry and to stay in touch. No newsletters, no profiling, no sharing with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
Where is it stored, and for how long?
The form content arrives as an e-mail in the guesthouse mailbox, hosted on our hosting provider's server. It is not stored in any database; the website does not save it. We keep the e-mail for at most 1 year after the enquiry is closed, then delete it. If the enquiry leads to a booking, invoicing data is kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law.
Who has access?
Staff of the guesthouse, and as a processor our hosting and e-mail provider: Webparadicsom Media Group Kft. (1027 Budapest, Bem József utca 9., Hungary).
Room booking does not happen on this site: the "Book now" button takes you to the SabeeApp booking engine, where SabeeApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social media pixels. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening the site sends no data to any third party.

Write to info@helenpanzio.hu; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or go to court.
